Presentation title: Medical Tourism Stakeholder Management
Success in health & medical tourism cannot be achieved in isolation. With the exception of few hospitals which attract patients through new and exclusive treatment options, even a high-quality health care provider won’t be able to tap into the health & medical tourism market without adequate infrastructure, just as even the greatest medical tourism facilitator cannot survive without being able to refer patients to large health care providers. In his presentation, Christian F. El-Khouri will explain stakeholder management and elaborate on active measures which every stakeholder can take in order to create a unique and enticing offer for this specific class of tourists, which will convert into attracting more patients and providing better healthcare for them.
