Presentation title: The Arts as Treatment and Differentiator in Healthcare
The Arts are one of the oldest themes involved in human health and well-being, as well as in the development of medicine and healthcare. Utilizing the Arts for Treatment and Differentiation is at the same time one of the newest concepts in the fields of health, wellness, medicine, and public health. The Arts can also be utilized as a differentiator for organizations and locations promoting health tourism.
Learn about ways healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic, are using the arts to treat people’s physical and mental health, to enhance the environment of healthcare organizations, and to build partnerships in communities. Discuss research that supports the Arts for health and well-being. Imagine ways of incorporating the Arts into a comprehensive health tourism program.
