The presentation summarizes findings of TOMAS – Health Tourism 2018 Survey conducted among users of medical, spa and wellness services in Croatia. The results offer a profile of users of health tourism services. An overview of client demographics, main motives of travel, trip characteristics, satisfaction with health tourism offer and expenditures on health related and other services are presented. The methodology is compatible with TOMAS tourism market research ‘family’ of surveys allowing for comparison of results and market segments. TOMAS – Health Tourism 2018 Survey is the first national level market research study focusing on users of health tourism services in Croatia.
